Sun dried tomato week continues with a Rose Margherita pizza with charred sun dried tomatoes, ricotta tomato cream sauce and fresh mozzerella cheese. Available until 8pm tonight. Come join us downtown!
Day two of sun dried tomato week is under way! Today's special pizza is charred sun dried tomato with wood roasted fennel, ricotta cream and mozzarella cheese. This one is a must try! We also have several arugula salad options, stuffed mushrooms and meatballs today.

We can't be everything to everybody. Some people love our food, some people don't. But I think everyone agrees that our restaurant is beautiful and for that we have to thank Jason Burnette and his crew. He was with us from day one, five months ago when we had no clue what we were about to get ourselves into restoring and modernizing a 100 year old building. He is one of the few who has the patience, creativity, and grit to get it done. He is truly a great general contractor and now also a great friend. Thank you, Jason.

Our soft opening this weekend was anything but soft. We were busy from the time we opened our doors until the dough ran out each day. Thank you Jc Schiano, award winning pizzaiolo from Naples, Italy, for your help on opening day! Also thanks to our new staff for making work fun. Everyone who came out was great. We LOVE Ellijay. We will restock the next two days and reopen our doors on Wednesday at 11:30am. Then we plan to be open 7 days a week for as long as you want pizza!
When we came in today we did not expect to see a parade of grown men in fezes driving go carts, but not every day goes the way you plan it. Welcome to Ellijay!
